Agriculture Literacy Team

Sign up and become a part of AITC-M’s Agriculture Literacy Team! If you are part of the team you are officially an Agriculture Literacy Leader (ALL) and will be eligible for all the great benefits that will come your way. Who knows, maybe you will even become an ALLSTAR!!!


What is the Agriculture Literacy Team?
  • A strong network of educators who are versed in and supportive of agriculture literacy
  • Made up of Agriculture Literacy Leaders (ALL)

How do I become an ALL and What’s in it for ME?

  • agriculture literacy leader, agriculture literacy team, ALL, ALTI take part in or use 2 or more AITC programs or resources and return 2 or more completed feedback forms
  • Once I am an ALL I am part of the team! I will receive and have opportunity to participate in:
    • An ALL gift for entry
    • E-blast/newsletter
    • Online network
    • Accessibility to resources such as industry contacts, websites links
    • Workshop and training opportunities
    • Special events

What is an ALL STAR?

  • A teacher that is NOMINATED for showing leadership in agriculture education by initiating a unique agriculture literacy project. (Some examples are; Grade 11 Agriculture course, Farmer pen pal, AAA jeopardy game, agriculture literacy committee member, Organizer of a MIMB or other AITC sanctioned event)
  • One ALL STAR will be selected each year to be the recipient of the ALL Star Dirver Award.  The winner will attend the US Agriculture in the Classroom conference free of charge. 
  • Other benefits include;
    • I will also receive other bonuses:
    • Recognition on AITC website and at special events
    • Eligibility for incentives/prizes
    • AITC-M Gift
    • Free shipping of AITC-M resources
