The Made in Manitoba Breakfast (MIMB) program travels across Manitoba feeding breakfast to students and connecting them to where that food comes from. Students enjoy a Made in Manitoba Breakfast served by local agricultural producers from a variety of sectors. Before breakfast, students take part in an educational presentation where they explore the agricultural industry and discover where their food comes from.
Monsanto Fund funded a very successful expansion of the MIMB program in 2011-2012. AITC is very pleased to announce that Monsanto Fund is once again funding the MIMB program for an additional 2 years allowing us to reach more schools, feed more tummies and nourish more minds with new curriculum linked resources.
