Volunteer for AAA Winnipeg



Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our Amazing Agriculture Adventure (AAA) in Winnipeg on September 22, 23 and 24, 2020. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will update soon on the status of AAA Winnipeg. 

General Information
Students at the Amazing Agriculture Adventure (AAA) move through 12 to 14 interactive stations run by volunteers like you. The time commitment is approximately from 8:30am to 2:30pm, and we provide everything you need to successfully deliver each activity.

We need volunteers for the following positions:

  1. Class Host: responsible for leading one group of students and their teacher to the right station at the right time.
  2. Station Facilitator: delivers a fun, interactive station giving students the opportunity to learn more about agriculture.

Program Details:
Who: Grade 4 and Grade 5 students
When: September 21 (set up), 22, 23 and 24, 2020
Where: Richardson International's Kelburn Farm and The U of M's Farm and Food Discovery Centre and Glenlea Research Station

Time Commitment: 8:30am to 2:30pm (half days are possible)
